Assistance with the
Cost of Attendance
1) Students and
postdoctoral workers whose abstracts are selected for oral or
poster presentations will be eligible to apply
after the meeting
for reimbursement of travel and conference expenses. Because the
total level of financial support for the meeting is uncertain, we
are unable to guarantee any particular number of such reimbursements
in advance, but past history has shown that the conference has
been able to supply at least some reimbursement to all those
eligible.
2) Speakers chosen
from the abstract presenters will be eligible to apply
after the meeting
for partial reimbursement of expenses. Because the total level of
financial support for the meeting is uncertain, we are unable to
guarantee any particular number of such reimbursements in advance.
3) Students and
postdoctoral workers who are eligible can
apply in advance of the
conference for one of
50
fully funded places available through European Union (EU)
Marie Curie funding.

Those who have successfully

submission is March 31st.

Cancellation
A full refund will be given if a notice of
cancellation is received by Apr 30, 2006. After Apr 30, 2006 the fee for room
and board will be returned.
