OPTION ONE
The Opening Reception on the evening of 9th September will be held at the Hilton Hotel.
This is also the most convenient hotel for the conference venue.

HOW TO BOOK
1. Please use the brochure to determine your requirements and contact the hotel of your choice directly.
2. Quote the booking reference to receive the special rate.
3. Inform your hotel of any special requirements. A credit card will be required to secure the booking.
4. Confirm the booking prior to your stay, directly with the hotel.
