ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submission dead line is 1st July 2009.

The whole abstract including authors name and address, must absolutely fit within a rectangle of 6.5 inches (16 cm) high by 4.75 inches (12cm) wide.
Use standard Arial and Symbol fonts, and submit as a Word rtf (rich text file) or a pdf file.
The abstract will be reproduced as it is. No editorial correction will be made.

The title should be brief and typed in CAPITAL LETTERS and underlined. Then leave a line.
Type the initials and last names of authors and then skip another line and add a simplified address for each different institution.
Use superscript numbers to designate associations.
Underline the presenters who must be the first author. Leave no margin.

Leave one blank line and type the abstract single spaced using 10 pt Arial font.
Use the full width.
