PREPARING ORAL PRESENTATIONS

The length of oral presentations is scheduled to be 15 min + 5 min discussion. All presentations should be prepared in a form of MS Power Point slide show and stored on USB sticks or CD/DVD. The use of personal computer is not possible. All presentations will be uploaded to the computer in the lecture hall. This can be done anytime, but at least 2-3 hours before your session or the evening before for early morning presentations.

PREPARING POSTERS

The size of each poster board is 90 cm (width) × 200 cm (height), thus the maximum recommended poster size is A0 (90 cm × 120 cm). The posters should be mounted on Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning for session I and II and removed at the end of the day, and on Wednesday morning for sessions III-IX and removed on Thursday at the end of the day. Pins will be provided. The presenting author should stand by his/her poster for the whole length of the session.
