PREPARING ORAL PRESENTATIONS

The length of oral presentations is scheduled to be 20 min + 5 min discussion. All presentations should be prepared in a form of MS Power Point slide show and stored on USB sticks or CD/DVD. The use of personal computer is not possible. All presentations will be uploaded to the computer in the lecture hall. This can be done anytime, during the break preceding your session at the latest.

PREPARING POSTERS

The size of each poster board is 95 cm (width) × 115 cm (height), thus the maximum recommended poster size is A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm). The posters should be mounted on Tuesday morning before start of the scientific programme or during the first coffee break. Pins will be provided.
